Detailed description:
The nickel-plated carbon fiber produced by KOPTECK is a highly conductive lightweight fiber material. After surface metallization treatment, the fiber's conductivity is greatly improved while still maintaining the original mechanical strength of the carbon fiber. Compared to ordinary carbon fiber, its conductivity is increased by about ten times, and it can reduce weight by 50% -80% compared to metal materials.
The excellent conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance make nickel-plated carbon fiber an indispensable material for electromagnetic shielding, heating cables, and other fields. The electromagnetic shielding component made by combining with the resin system can effectively protect electronic components.
Nickel-plated carbon fiber can improve the wettability between carbon fiber and metal matrix, enhance the interfacial bonding strength of metal matrix composites (MMC), reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion, and improve dimensional stability.
Nickel-plated carbon fiber has a wide range of applications in small bulk-capacitors, magnetic films, electromagnetic shielding of electronic devices, and manufacturing of various functional components.
