Detailed description:
The company's flagship product, carbon fiber wet-laid veil, is a multifunctional lightweight non-woven material.
Through a unique wet-forming process, fixed-length chopped PAN-based carbon fibers form a randomly and uniformly arranged multi-layer microporous network structure.
After fiber overlap molding, adhesive is applied to fix the fibers, providing a certain mechanical strength and surface toughness. By adjusting the adhesive formula and content, the bonding and compatibility of the felt in different resin systems can also be improved.
The wet-process carbon fiber felt produced by KOPTECH is characterized by low weight and can be customized with ultra-light and ultra-thin felt materials as low as 4g/㎡ with excellent dispersion effect.
